Why live training?

I strongly prefer live trainings over on-demand courses. On-demand courses teach you what someone else thought you needed to know. Live sessions are built around you: your tools, your workflow, your questions. You learn faster, retain more, and leave every session with something you can use immediately.

In all honesty, the reason I do live training is simpler than that. I genuinely love the personal component of live trainings. I love the moment when something clicks for someone, and I love being able to facilitate that. I love being able to read the room, slow down when something isn't landing, and go deeper when someone is ready to push further. That back-and-forth is what makes learning stick!

About MacKenzie

I've spent years teaching AI to people who thought it wasn't for them.

As an AI Enablement Manager at a Fortune 500 tech company, I've trained hundreds of professionals on how AI and large language models (LLMs) actually work and how to build real workflows that make their jobs easier.

What I've learned is that the people who use AI best aren't the ones who know the most about technology. They're the ones who understand how AI thinks. Once that clicks, everything else follows.
